1. Acceptance of Terms: By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Offered: Includes typing, data entry, diary and travel management, email handling, call taking, spreadsheets, and minute-taking.
3. Service Engagement: Engagements are confirmed in writing and outline scope, rates, and timeframes.
4. Fees and Payments: Invoices issued weekly/fortnightly. Payment due within 5 days. 5% late fee may apply.
5. Cancellations and Refunds: 24-hour notice required for cancellations. Refunds not issued for completed work.
6. Confidentiality: All client information is treated confidentially.
7. Intellectual Property: Client owns all materials and completed work after full payment.
8. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect loss or errors but act professionally and in good faith.
9. Termination: Either party may terminate with 2 days' written notice.
10. Governing Law: Governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
